Special thanks...

We are also grateful to our media partner, Hypepotamus.

This event would not be possible without the incredible generosity of The Loudermilk Center and, most especially, the support of its Director Nadia Rahali.

Our mission is to tell the stories of amazing female entrepreneurs, from brand new startups to million dollar industries, in order to inspire the next generation of leaders. It’s time we stop telling girls they can be anything they want to be and show them what it means to be a leader.

The film focuses on five women each at a different stage in their lives and stories as founders. We hear their experiences as female entrepreneurs, from being underestimated by their male counterparts, to getting the courage to take the leap and quit their nine-to-fives, to finding funding and financing for their start-ups, and taking a break from their careers to focus on their families. Each woman has an authentic story unique to her individual experience, yet we learn our stories are interconnected in ways that uplift us all, in business and in life.

Dream, Girl made its world premiere at The White House during the recent United State of Women Conference. On Thursday, May 26th, over 150 people gathered at the White House South Court Auditorium for The White House Council on Women and Girls’ Women and Entrepreneurship Event.

This is the FIRST and only screening of Dream, Girl in Atlanta. It's the documentary film showcasing the stories of inspiring and ambitious female entrepreneurs. And YOU can be one of the first to see and experience it.

Meet the Filmmakers

On August 6th, 2014 Erin launched a Kickstarter Campaign to fund the Dream, Girl documentary film. Within 30 days not only did we make our goal, we almost doubled it raising over $100,000 to produce the film. Check out the amazing folks that supported the Dream, Girl documentary campaign via Kickstarter.
